Preparing Data Sets

Competency criteria and levels for all job positions within the organization are defined. Employees are guided to progress in line with the defined goals, and their professional development needs are tracked. The competency set illustrates the fundamental competencies required for a job position and the competency levels required to transition to another job position.

Competency Library

It is a library created by completing and making measurable all the competencies in the competency set. This library includes the required competency sets and proficiency conditions for each job position.

Assessment

Competencies assigned to employees are measured, and skill gaps are identified. This provides feedback on areas of development.

Development Plan - Training

Following the assessment, a development plan is created, and training activities are organized based on the feedback received. The goal is to address identified skill gaps.

Tracking

The tracking of competency sets and the goals required for these competencies is ensured in line with revisions to the company’s vision, strategy, and objectives.
